WHEN TO INTERACT with attendees IN ZOOM CHAT

The videographer should prioritize the production of the event. If and when appropriate, they can assist attendees with questions, referring customers to CS when needed.


This means engage in Zoom chat when doing so doesn't impact your camerawork / audio or other production functions. If the speaker is standing like a rock, check out Zoom Chat. Checking Zoom chat at breaks 100% makes a whole lot of sense.

SETTING ZOOM CHAT TO ADDRESS EVERYONE (ATTENDEES)

Make sure when you're chatting with attendees that you have selected Everyone in the To dropdown in the Zoom chat interface.

As you really won't be chatting up the speaker using Zoom Chat (they're physically in the room!) - this Zoom chat setting should just stay on Everyone throughout the production.

You are able to turn on your camera if you would like, but we recommend having it off during breaks for your privacy. You are also able to unmute if the speaker prompts you to.

IS THERE A POST TEST?

You will have access to the post test after the seminar concludes via your PESI account. Navigate to this course and click the orange “CE Certificate” button. You can take the test as many times as you need to in order to pass. A passing score is 80%. We recommend taking the test within 24-48 hours of this seminar. THE VIDEO FEED IS BREAKING UP

Hello! That sounds like it could be a connection issue. Here are a few solutions I recommend: close out of all other applications on your device, move closer to your router, and turn off other optional devices using Wi-Fi (this is especially important if you are on your personal Wi-Fi and there are other devices in the home streaming videos or games). If issues continue, please contact support @ 1-800-844-8260.
