Exactly mirror/verify the checks/unchecks in your Zoom Utility (On your Production Laptop!)

Configuring the settings on your Zoom Utility can be done the night before a CE21 gig but even so, I would strongly still recommend a quick second pair of eyes during event day setup (on all event days).
ZOOM UTILITY GENERAL INFORMATION
ZOOM UTILITY LOGIN
You should be logged in the Zoom utility under your personal Zoom account.
Zoom utility settings/preferences will NOT be saved under a Zoom utility account login. It simply saves preferences in the app regardless of signed in Zoom account. 100% check Zoom utility settings on every event day!
Do NOT log into the Zoom utility under any CE21 Zoom account credentials - always under a personal account of YOURS!
ALWAYS VERIFY CRITICAL ZOOM UTILITY SETTINGS BEFORE ZOOM WEBINAR LAUNCH
Having a properly configured Zoom Utility before you launch the Zoom webinar is very important. Some settings require a relaunch of Zoom to take hold. Settings may reset. It should only take a couple minutes to verify all Zoom utility settings on this page!
KEEP ZOOM UTILITY UP TO DATE
Periodically click on your user icon at top right of the utility and go to Check for Updates.

Microphone > Automatically adjust microphone volume.
Set Microphone Input level to 100%
Audio is now a passthrough from the camera
VIDEOGRAPHER MAC OS LAPTOP MICROPHONE INPUT
Change Zoom Microphone dropdown to your capture device.
The microphone input for Zoom is set at Finder > System Preferences > Sound > Input > Select Capture Device and change the Input volume to 100% (maximum). Audio is now a passthrough from the camera.

Store my recording at: Create a program folder and store the recording at that unique folder location per event day such as 2021_11_04-DBT, 2021_11_05-DBT. If you don't direct the recording to a clearly labeled folder, it is easy for recordings to become a mess!
